We welcome any and all to our tours, but these are walking tours where we travel across the city streets, including crowds, uneven sidewalks, and local crowds. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team via phone or text.

You may know them as “trolleys” but in New Orleans, they are called “streetcars”. We strongly advise all visitors to not trust the streetcar to deliver you to the tour on time. Enjoy it afterwards when time is not an issue. It’s the most charming, historic, and UNRELIABLE form of transportation in our fair city.

Our tours happen rain or shine! New Orleans can be a little wet at times. In our experience a rain proof jacket with a hood is the most effective clothing to bring.

Also, we have crafted tour routes that have scenes under cover wherever possible – using roofs, archways, awnings or even indoors.

We know plans change.  To request a refund please contact us 24 hours in advance of your public tour’s scheduled departure time. Private tours require 30 days advance notice to receive full refund.
